বাংলাদেশের কারিগরি ও শিক্ষা খাত একটি প্রতিস্থাপন যুগে প্রবেশ করেছে। তাহলে শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রের ইভেন্টের জন্য, আমাদের প্রযুক্তি এবং দক্ষতা সহ একটি তরুণ সমাজ তৈরি করতে হবে। আরও কী, বিকাশমান যুব সমাজ বর্তমানে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মনোযোগ পাচ্ছে। কারণ তারা একটি দেশের উন্নয়নের প্রধান অংশ। তবে বাংলাদেশে এই তরুণ সমাজের জন্য কোন পুল বা ব্যবস্থা নেই তাই তারা কাজের মধ্যে একটি উত্পাদনশীল এবং বিশিষ্ট ভূমিকা পালন করবে। এবং তাই এই শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বিভিন্ন উপায়ে কাজ করছে যাতে সাফল্যের সাথে শিশু এবং প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের বিশ্ব অর্থনীতিতে যুক্ত করতে সক্ষম হতে প্রস্তুত করে। এই সমস্ত শৃঙ্খলা শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার অধীনে প্রাপ্ত হচ্ছে। প্রতিক্রিয়া হিসাবে, ড্যাফোডিল ইন্সটিটিউট অফ ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি ব্যবহার বাজারের চাহিদা অনুসারে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। ড্যাফোডিল ইনস্টিটিউট অফ ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ইনস্টিটিউটের শিক্ষাব্যবস্থাকে বিশ্বব্যাপী মানসম্পন্ন করে তুলতে এবং কাজের মধ্যে কৃতিত্বের জন্য এটিকে প্রস্তুত করতে কাজ করছে। অধিকন্তু, DIET শিক্ষার্থীদের কোম্পানির বিশ্বের প্রযুক্তিগত প্রেক্ষাপট, ক্ষমতা, নমনীয়তা এবং সামাজিক প্রেক্ষাপটের মধ্যে স্ব-নির্দেশিত হতে উৎসাহিত করে।

এবং আমি আশা করি যে DIET বিশ্বের প্রতিটি প্রধান কারিগরি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে একটি হয়ে উঠতে পারে এবং এটি ঘটানোর জন্য আমি সবকিছু করতে পারি।

The sector of technical and education in Bangladesh has entered a replacement era. Then for the event within the education sector, we’ve to make a young society with technology and skills. What is more, the flourishing youth society is presently receiving important attention.Because they’re the foremost vital part of a country’s development. however there’s no pool or arrangement for this young society in Bangladesh so they’ll play a productive and eminent role within the work. And so this education system is functioning in varied ways in which to successfully prepare children and adults to be able to add to the world economy. All of those disciplines are being obtained underneath the education system. As a response, Daffodil  Institute of Engineering & Technology has been established to suit the use market’s demand. Daffodil  Institute of Engineering & Technology is functioning to make the standard engineering Institute’s education system up to worldwide standards and prepare it all for achievement within the work. Moreover, DIET encourages students to become self-directed within the company world’s technical context, ability, flexibility, and social context. 

And I hope that DIET can become one of the world’s prime technical education institutes, and that I can do everything to make that happen.
